We are able to manufacture any design of timber school classroom to suit the needs of our customers. The designs on this page are some standard examples but we cam make them to any shape or size. Classrooms are required to meet Building Regulations for both structural stability and insulation values. Plus they also need the required area per pupil. Our designs easily meet these criteria. Not forgetting that they will also come with toughened safety glass in all windows and doors as standard.
We base all of our school classrooms and educational buildings around our Twin Skin log cabin design. This means they are insulated (wall cavities plus roof and floor insulation). Thus keeping them warm in the winter and cool in the summertime - perfect for teaching rooms. Pupils need a constant and comforatble room temperature in order to concentrate, our Twinskins provide this. Nearly all of our standard cabin range can come in the Twin skin design. You will be surprised by how much cheaper it is to build one of our log cabin school classrooms than a brick built building, usually less than half the cost! Not only are they cheaper, but much quicker build times as well - they can easily be built during the school holidays meaning no disruption to lessons, and are ready for use once the school resumes. And there is less mess made on site, so consequently there is less damage caused to the school grounds as well.
