You then have 2 choices -

Cut the hole in the cabin wall yourself in order to fit it.

Request the standard cabin design to be changed to accommodate the new item. Therefore you will also need to add in for any applicable modification fees as well - these are applied to the number of walls that are changed, irrespective of the number of items added as this fee is purely to cover the cost of the architect to re-draw your cabin plans to suit (ie, 1, 2,3 or a maximum of 4 walls if a regular square or rectangular cabin).
