NB - ยท All buildings MUST be treated with a good quality timber preservative within 3 months of installation, but we recommend within the first 3 weeks to protect the longevity of the building (excluding painted buildings) and annually thereafter.


















You will need a clear access through to your garden without height restrictions

Panels will not be taken over fences or garage roofs. Panels larger than 6ft will not fit through doorways






You will need a very flat, level base for the building to be installed upon

We will not build upon an uneven or unlevel base





You will need 300mm clearance all round the base to allow for roof overhangs

Your installers will also need room to use cordless drills and hammers around the perimeter of the building

Double doors fitted with antique hinges and ornate handle with 3 lever lock, 2no opening and 2no fixed windows with a choice of georgian, square or diamond leaded glazing. Shingle roof tiles available in black, green, red or slate are all included as standard.
