COMPANY BACKGROUND
We specialise in e-commerce-enabled sales of timber buildings and associated garden leisure products. This role is based at our new satellite showsite in Salfords, Surrey (near Gatwick/Crawley) and focuses on the needs of modern, smaller gardens. Our main site is in Horsham, West Sussex.
ROLE DETAILS
Terms: Permanent contract with 3-month’s probationary period
Salary: Basic Salary + Commission Plan
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (including weekends)
Transport: Own transport required
SKILLS

The ability to manage and operate as our sole representative at this new showsite and thus gain rapid and thorough knowledge of our product ranges.

The ability to engage with our clients - operating via telephone, email and face-to-face. You should be presentable and personable and be able to exercise a high level of EQ and listening skills.

Trades/construction background preferred

The ability to manage and complete a customer transaction from end-to-end, including accurate documentation.

Accurate order processing using our CRM system

High proficiency in MS Excel

The maintenance of the showsite including use of an electric pallet truck and ad-hoc repairs when necessary
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
English & Mathematics at GCSE/Equivalent
