We can supply uPVC windows and doors with all Hortons log cabins, sheds and garden buildings. We can also sell them individually for replacement windows in your existing garden building, or even for a house renovation or new build.
We have a wide range of standard window and door frame sizes to choose from, but we can also supply bespoke sizes as well at very competitive prices.
Is it possible to neatly fit uPVC windows or doors into a log cabin?
Normally, the answer is no, because log cabin walls move and windows and doors don't. However some cabin companies do offer them for sale - but they are not very satisfactory and do not fit properly or they require a lot of extra work to make them waterproof around the frame (trims and sealant). Hortons now have the neatest and easiest answer to this problem. Our sub-frame has a number of design features - it allows you indirectly fit any of our uPVC items into a log cabin wall, the rebated sub-frame means that no frame sealant is required, nor any extra internal or external trims are needed to tidy the joints. Lastly, but not least, there are no externally visible fixings, making it much more secure than standard log cabin joinery.

10 year Manufacturer's Guarantee
Our PVC-U window & door products come with a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee.
All fitted hardware - 10 year guarantee (within limits defined by the British Plastics Federation specification for high impact PVC-U hollow profiles, provided they are maintained and installed in accordance with the BPF/GGF Trade Standard for PVC-U windows issued 2 January 1989 and all other current codes of practice).
Double glazed units - 10 year guarantee.
All guarantees are subject to correct installation in accordance with the recommendation set out by the British Plastics Federation & the Glass and Glazing Federation.
PVC-U hardware guarantee shall not apply if:
The product was not correctly fitted, adjusted and operated.
The product was subjected to stresses and operating forces beyond recommended levels or to any form of abuse.
The product was not correctly maintained and lubricated at least twice a year.
Corrosion is caused by exposure to salt spray.
This guarantee shall apply only to defects appearing within the periods set out above from the date of manufacture provided prompt notification in writing of such defects within those defined periods
The sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the above guarantee or with respect to any other claim relating to defects or any other condition arising from the use of these products, however caused, is limited to repair or replacement of such products at the manufacturer's option.
No other representations or guarantees are made and in no event shall accept liability for any other loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, the costs of reinstallation of the products).
